Appointment & cancellation policy
Each appointment is reserved especially for you. Adequate notice lets us offer that time to another guest. By booking, you agree to the policies below.
Cancellations & rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your appointment.
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment and may be charged according to this policy.

Booking fees & deposits
Certain services may require a booking fee or deposit to secure your appointment. Booking fees are non-refundable and are applied toward your scheduled service.
If an appointment requiring a booking fee is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours, the booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee may be required to book again.
For cancellations within 8 hours or a no-show, 50% of the scheduled service amount will be charged.
Late arrivals
We understand that delays happen and offer a 15-minute grace period whenever possible.
If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened so the next guest is not delayed. The full price of the originally scheduled service still applies.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be considered a late cancellation.
Refunds & service adjustments
Due to the nature of our services, all service and product sales are final and non-refundable.
If you have a concern with your service, please contact Beaura Studio within 5 days of your appointment so we can evaluate the result and determine an appropriate adjustment.
Allergic reactions
Sensitivities or allergic reactions to lash adhesives or other products may occur, although this is uncommon.
If you have known sensitivities, please tell us before your appointment. A patch test may be scheduled at least 24 hours before your service when appropriate.
If you react after a lash service, contact us as soon as possible. Complimentary lash removal can be provided when necessary. Refunds are not provided for allergic reactions.
Children & guests
To keep a relaxing, safe workspace for guests and artists, we kindly ask that children under 12 not accompany you to your appointment. Please arrange childcare before your visit.
Fills from another salon
We are happy to evaluate extensions applied by another salon. Because artists use different techniques and products, we cannot always fill another artist’s work.
Your lash artist makes the final determination after evaluating your lashes. Retention over another salon’s work cannot be guaranteed.
One-time emergency courtesy
Genuine emergencies and unexpected health situations can occur. As a courtesy, Beaura Studio may offer each client a one-time cancellation or rescheduling fee waiver for a qualifying emergency, subject to approval.
After the one-time courtesy has been used, the standard cancellation policy applies.
